(England normally goes by Nation-name ICly with those who are aware England is a Nation.
Amongst human characters, especially those not British, England may use "Arthur" as a way of camoflauge'ng England's identity.)

Canon Point: modern day, around 2020 outside of games (or before December 2025 depending on where I'm RPng)

Age: 23 in Human-esque years.
Incorrect fanon information often listed this as "21" but Himaruya's blog "Bamboo Thicket", which predates Himaruya's current site and Hetalia's Shounen Jump Online publications, directly clarifies "23".
Height: The Collezione artbook published as an un-official overall, but officially published tie-in book previously lists this ""officially"", but this is my current stance.
While I personally do not HC England to be shorter than 5'0'', I usually HC England to be somewhere around 5'2''.
(+National) Flower: Red (typically portrayed as Tudor) Rose, but also Red Roses more generally.
England is canonically a gardener and grows them {+edible things in general} in England's garden in the more modern era but also historically around the time of the Anglo-Japanese Alliance.
(In the aforementioned linked art, the trio consisting of England, Japan, and Netherlands has been nicknamed the "Garden{ing}/{Gardener}" trio in the past as they canonically are "Discussing Gardening" in that panel.)

Accent/Language: Main is British English.
(Historically could speak many forms of English including Old English during Shakespeare's era,
but language usage changes and fluctuates as time goes on.)
{Knows British Sign Language in my mind (and some American Sign Language) though rarely pulls it out to other Nations, but definitely will if it's required for conversation in general.
I also headcanon that during the Anglo-Japanese Alliance Kiku tried to teach Arthur Japanese Sign Language,
though Arthur is still learning.
Can also use Canadian English/spelling [in texts] via Canada. It is also different from British Spelling.}
Birthday: Canonically Unknown.
Japanese fandom has a "fan birthday" for England around March 3rd, nicknamed "Mayuge Day" or "Eyebrows Day".
April 23rd is another fan-chosen date (in mainly US and UK fandoms) as it is Saint George's Day,
somewhat considered to be England's "national day" and many fans typically agree National Days would be their "birthdays".
However, it is important to note these dates are not canon.
ICly, England will act as if England legitimately does not remember in full,
but will definitely acknowledge things like Saint George's Day in passing.
Hair Color: Honey blond, a somewhat darker shade in the manga than typically perceived
(and as shown in the anime).
Eye Color: Deep emerald green in the anime.
In my HCs, England has more Hazel-color eyes that can show as a deep green or also as a darker Brown.
Weight: Unknown / "Secret"
(England is canonically similar in build to Japan however if taller and a bit more muscular.)
Weaknesses: A major one is his food/cooking but England's Getting Better in the more modern-day era.

Personality:

* HetaOni is not "canon" material, nor do I include it permanently or semi-permanently in my RP;
I simply lift very light inspiration from it sometimes for my Historical Hetalia-based portrayals.
{There are many aspects when it comes to HetaOni!England's later story that I completely leave out of my own HCs.}
England is a "Nation" - a personification of England's history with an overall non-human form of the United Kingdom, specifically also simply the region of England more specifically as of current canon.






{Halloween 2010 Event; the Nations begin disappearing one-by-one,
and a news broadcast by humans refers to them directly yet vaguely as "Those People".}

Also as of current canon, England will act as the "head" to represent Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland in turn (as this is the case in "Hetalia World Stars" manga currently); but England does not act wholly as their immediate "family" by any means of that interpretation or even brother. At times, England may not refute if others interpret their relations that way in order to "keep the peace" or otherwise to protect the others.
However, it does not mean England has to like it on an internal, personal level by any means.
