This England considers the UK Group (Scotland, Wales, & Northern Ireland) more like "neighbors" than anything else.
America is considered more like a "temporary ward" that "left" (and didn't return).
{The same applies to characters like Hong Kong and anyone else "under" England in history.}
Please respect England will perceive this way if you choose to interact with this England.

(For example, England may refer to "a" Canada with "love" as a {platonic} British English endearment,

Currently "living" in magnifique's (Literal) *Head*space until further notice/Situation Updates.
Uses/is more used to being recognized by Nation name ("England") but will also answer to "Arthur" from Nations and others aware of England's human name. However, in England's original (+canon-based if very AU/Historical Hetalia inspired) world, England didn't discuss the "human names" as blatantly with civilians (only Nations), and may be suspicious of someone who is aware of or emphasizes England's own human name when England didn't tell it to them initially.
Post-2011 timeframe and upon being brought into existence, begins addressing magnifique more specifically as "Francis", but may use it to note the France from England's original world too, even if England didn't use it as much or as actively for France of England's world.
Appears initially to people like the "new uniform" style seen as of World Stars' debut; does not wear boots with this uniform, but more average "work shoes" covered by the pants leg. In a "ghost" (more like Japanese Yokai)-like form but looking very "solid" (or with a sharp, clear, non-faded image) to those who perceive this England, unless they catch England "going through" anything
(then the form may show thus, or appear "faded" around edges).

An England "born" from a protection hex-England-attempted-placing-on-Francis-gone-wrong(?) {was it really "wrong"?} and magnifique's memories of 2010~2011 timeframe (+more specifically memories of thatendswell/thatendsroyale), England is brought into "existence" in Francis' head and has resided there for just under ~15 full years. October 31, 2025 in real time will be England's 15th anniversary "in this form".
CRAU: Has witnessed what magnifique witnessed in asgardeventide up until the timeframe Francis left; "Angleterre" was wholly unknown to any residents of asgardeventide and even Francis' own self during the entire duration and following ~13~14 years after; however, Francis did refer to both "England" and "Angleterre" on the Network at various times, if extremely vaguely in this England's case. Francis is subconsciously blocking out from England's access certain memories and what Francis' self read on the Network. Cannot use the same power/ability that Francis gained a spinoff of from there, but is aware of Francis' previous ability.

{Mun}-shared CRAU: (As I play all three characters); magnifique comes from the same world as jipangu. England is from a different "world" than both of them, but follows a very similar real world-based {"semi"}-canon {"compliant"} and "timeline" up until April 8th, 2011. Thus England will have a lot of similar memories to magnifique and jipangu, able to recall important events all three experienced around or relevant to each other, if England was more aware in history. For example, due to the fact jipangu has existed for much longer (2600+ years), England won't have specific shared memories of what jipangu experienced when young, as they didn't initially become much closer until the modern-day, pre-war era of the Anglo Japanese Alliance. But if jipangu discussed certain historical events or memories with England, then England may recall some.

magnifique, meanwhile, is very convinced the "Angleterre" that magnifique knew in "this place" was "dead" or "faded away"; as Francis hasn't seen England in the same almost ~15 years period. (A couple Englands were encountered since, but Francis could tell they were doubles, as they didn't recognize Francis in the same way this England does.) Francis tends to address England with "mon cher" {"my dear" if in a "dear-so-and-so" way}, because England of Francis' original world flat-out refused "mon chérie" as an endearment and refuses to answer to it, but will answer begrudingly to "mon cher".
{*In Hetalia World Stars, Chapter 454 [or the English scanlator/localizer] also has France using "mon petit" directly in speech for England if slightly more sarcastically; but still as an overall type of endearment for France/the French language.}
No 'physical' "body" of this England may have ever been found, including on aphanon_meme where both this England's original "form" and Francis tended to reside when not at their original worlds/"home", however...
