{OOC}/{Permissions} + Opt-Out

Because England represents... England's people, and is played from the modern day (as of early October 2025), at that; under most circumstances, Arthur may at chance times recognize your anime/manga or video game character (if the game was developed in Japan) due to shared knowledge with Japan {Kiku Honda}. Arthur may also recognize characters from Arthurian literature (King Arthur, Merlin, Merlin BBC), William Shakespeare, Sherlock Holmes, Peter Pan, The Lord of the Rings/Tolkein, Doctor Who, most classic Disney films of America's through the modern Princesses era, America's Superhero movies that aren't TV-specific tie-ins (these may or may not be known to Arthur depending), knowing of Harry Potter is former early 2000s~2010s canon but I will usually opt to not refer to it basically if it aired on BBC or has connections with English history or popular British actors there's a chance Arthur may recognize yours.
Arthur will more than likely have knowledge of media for most series up until their current point as of early October 2025, anything Arthur may have picked up on while flicking through channels or just being an avid fan of on own (like Doctor Who. Let's be Honest)
If your character is more obscure/niche/side characters, or if your version of canon was a much more recent spinoff, Arthur may not be as "caught up" and will have less overall recognition of your character[s].

If you'd like for Arthur to not recall your character in detail, however, please copy and fill out the following information below. If Arthur doesn't recall your character, it will be like there's a blank spot if memory if Arthur tries to.

Please note that under no circumstance will Arthur directly break the fourth wall in speech in regards to your character unless requested of muns themselves. At the most, Arthur may offer advice if Arthur feels Arthur knows the character well enough to provide it, or otherwise might act accordingly towards your character's general wishes in regards to what Arthur knows they respect.
But Arthur's smart enough to know that breaking the fourth wall = potentially very bad, yes.
